The crew

Trained crews, the same standard on every building

Uniformed, sponsor-trained technicians run every job, with multiple crews and setups for community-wide and multi-building projects. The same lead technician comes back to your property where we can, so the crew already knows the hose bibs, the resident who needs a knock, and the row that fills by 8 am.

What you will see on wash day

  • Uniforms. Branded black shirts and jackets, hi-vis vests where there is traffic. Residents and tenants can tell at a glance who we are.
  • Harness and hard hat on every lift. Boom-lift work is done tied off, with cones out and cars covered below.
  • Cones, signs and covered cars. Work zones marked before the first hose comes off the reel.
  • Plants rinsed, glass rinsed. Landscaping wetted before and after. Windows and frames rinsed so nothing dries on the glass.
  • Photos on every visit. Before and after from the same spot, delivered to you.

Our sponsors

Backed by national industry suppliers

Stooges Exterior Services is the only company The Powerwash Store and Water Dragon sponsor, two national suppliers with over 50 years of combined industry experience. Our wash systems, chemistry and training come straight from them.

Equipment training

Hot-water unit, battery-electric soft wash unit, metering and injection, pure-water window system. Every technician learns the machine before the first job.

Chemistry

Dilution, dwell time, surface by surface. Which product for algae, which for rust, which for efflorescence, and what never goes on glass or plants.

Lift and site safety

Boom-lift work is done harnessed and tied off, with a ground spotter. Work zones coned. Residents and cars kept out of the spray.

Equipment

Top-of-the-line equipment, built and serviced by our sponsors

Every piece on our rigs comes through The Powerwash Store and Water Dragon, with parts and service a short drive away. Multiple setups run at once on community-wide and multi-building projects.

Stooges technician running a surface cleaner beside the company truck
  • Heated and hot-water systems. For the toughest grease, oil, gum and tire marks on garages, drive lanes, dumpster pads and food-service areas.
  • Battery-electric soft wash systems. Low pressure, metered, noise compliant. For facades, balconies and work near occupied units and glass.
  • Buffer tanks to 550+ gallons. We bring our own water, or run from a hydrant on permit, so smaller jobs never touch your meter.
  • Pure water systems. Spot-free window cleaning to 70 feet from the ground, plus mop and squeegee for interiors and detail work.
  • Lifts, rented as needed. Boom and scissor lifts for elevated facades, run harnessed with a ground spotter.
  • Surface cleaners, drain covers and vacuum recovery. Even passes on flat concrete, and wash water kept out of storm drains.
How we work

The same way every time

We handle portfolios. A management company with many properties gets one vendor, one point of contact and one standard across every building, from a single garage to a whole community.

1. Walk, measure, photograph

Every priced area measured on site with a wheel, a laser and a tape. Every problem spot photographed. Written up the same week.

2. Written proposal

Each service on its own line. Options side by side. Estimated days plus a buffer day. Terms in plain words on one page.

3. Notice and schedule

A resident or tenant notice you can forward. Calendar holds for the service days and the buffer. A call the day before.

4. The work

Setup at 7:00, service through the afternoon, quiet electric touch-ups late in the day, off site by early evening. Night hours where a business is open all day.

5. Runoff

Drain covers, berms and vacuum recovery where wash water would reach a storm drain. Grit removed, not pushed into the drain.

6. Photos, then the invoice

Same-angle before and after from every area, delivered to you with the final invoice.
