What we send, and how fast
Certificate of insurance
General liability, commercial auto and workers compensation on one ACORD certificate, issued by our insurance agent. Tell us the exact legal name and mailing address of the certificate holder, and whether you need the association or owner named as additional insured. We request it the same business day.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If the completed work does not meet your expectations, tell us within 30 days and we make it right at no additional cost. Organic regrowth later in the season is excluded. It is written into every proposal.

We confirm a completion date in writing when the job is booked. If we finish after that date, we credit 2 percent of the contract price for each business day late, up to 10 percent, on the final invoice. Days lost to weather, to access we cannot get, or to scope you add do not count.

Fully compliant runoff management on request: drain covers, berms and a vacuum recovery system where runoff would reach a storm line. Grit from garages is removed, not pushed into the drain. Hydrant permits pulled for water on large jobs.

A written notice for residents or tenants with dates, what to clear and where the crew will park, sent to the manager before every job. Work in sections on garages and lots. Night and weekend hours where a property is busy all day.

Email ops@stoogesexteriorservices.com or call (262) 893-2336 with the certificate holder’s legal name and address, whether you need additional insured status, and the platform name if there is one. You will have the W-9 the same business day and the certificate as soon as our agent issues it.

- Coverage limits. They are printed on the certificate, which is the document your file needs.
