How we handle your information

This policy explains what information this website collects, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. It is written in plain words. If anything is unclear, email ops@stoogesexteriorservices.com.

1. Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, call us, text us or email us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, property address, company or association name, your role, the services you are interested in, photos of the property, and anything you write in a message. We use it to reply to you, schedule an assessment, write a proposal, issue documents such as a certificate of insurance, and do the work you hire us for.

Form submissions are delivered to our office email and copied into our internal job tracking system. We keep them as business records for as long as we work with you and as long as the law requires for tax and contract purposes.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one uses tools that record how visitors use it. They collect things like the pages you view, the time you spend, the device and browser you use, your approximate location from your IP address, and the site that sent you here. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

• Google Ads tag. Google’s advertising tag records when a visitor arrives from one of our ads and whether they fill out a form or call, so we can tell which ads work. Google may use this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) and produces session replays and heatmaps so we can fix pages that confuse people. Clarity masks text typed into forms by default. Microsoft’s handling of this data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
• Google Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics counts visits and page views in aggregate.
• Embedded map. The contact page embeds a Google map. Google sets its own cookies when the map loads.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them; the form and the phone number do not depend on cookies.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run the business (our email provider, form and automation tools, insurance agent for certificates, accounting software for invoices), and only for that purpose.
• We do not send marketing email or text messages to you unless you asked for them. A reply to your own request is not marketing.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children. This site is for property owners, managers and businesses.

4. Photos of properties

We photograph the properties we service, before and after, as part of the work and for our records. Our service agreements include permission to use job photos for marketing. We do not publish residents, unit numbers, license plates or house numbers. If you would like a photo of your property taken down from this site or our social accounts, email us and we remove it.

5. Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will, except where we have to keep a record for tax, contract or legal reasons.
• Opt out of tracking by blocking cookies in your browser or using the Google and Microsoft opt-out links above.

6. Security

Information is stored in commercial business tools with password and two-factor protection. No system is perfect. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

7. Changes

If we change how this site collects or uses information, we update this page and the date at the top.
